As part of our retained client commitments or as an additional agreed service, we will conduct Bespoke Experience Questionnaires and Psychometric and Aptitude testing.
Bespoke Experience Questionnaires are agreed by you the
client before eight recruitment conducts the screening /
interview process, these questionnaires are
designed around
your recruitment requirements and ask very specific and
detailed questions of the jobseekers, in order to establish
whether they have the
relevant and necessary skills and experience to match your requirements.
Psychometric and Aptitude testing is more commonly referred to as personality profiles offering a snap shot professional evaluation of a jobseekers personality and utilising literacy, numeracy tests with the Bespoke Experience Questionnaires provide valuable extra jobseekers screening tools.
