This is most common where the role in question is particularly commercially sensitive, technically focused on a niche market or where confidentiality needs to be maintained.

Selection - is one of the strategic recruitment tools which is used in conjunction with printed and on-line media, when our clients have a need for a more in-depth level of support. This is most common where the role in question is particularly commercially sensitive, technically focused on a niche market or where confidentiality needs to be maintained.
