with printed and on-line media, when our clients
have a need for a more in-depth level of support. This is most
common where the role in question is particularly commercially sensitive, technically focused on a niche market
or where confidentiality needs to be maintained.

Selection exercises
are based on not only recruiting the best possible jobseekers for a particular role, but
also managing all stages of the Selection assignment from identifying the appropriate advertising media,
screening and testing the jobseekers, to managing the job offer and acceptance stage, with the fee being
charged at agreed stages throughout the process.
As part of our Selection solution we will ensure that we gain an in-depth understanding of your recruitment
needs and how the vacancy relates to you and your organisation, this will be achieved by taking a detailed brief,
ideally at a face to face meeting, ensuring that our consultant's have a clear and concise understanding of your
business, your recruitment requirements and expectations.
Once our consultants have obtained a clear, concise brief, we will identify and agree the correct form of
media and advert copy, screen all jobseekers responses to ascertain their suitability and interest in the role,
whilst simultaneously advertising on websites as well as appropriate jobs boards.
All suitable jobseekers are telephoned screened, interviewed face to face and tested to ensure conformance to
the agreed assignment brief. Those jobseekers who are the closest match are presented to you as a short
list, for your approval. Once you have confirmed the interview shortlist we will act as an intermediary in
arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process through to job offer and acceptance. After the
successful jobseekers has commenced their employment we will maintain our relationship with the jobseeker
to support the probationary period.
