Our Search exercises are based on not only recruiting the best possible jobseekers for a particular role, but also on managing all stages of the Search assignment through approaching, screening and testing targeted candidates, to managing the job offer and acceptance stage, with the fee being charged at agreed stages throughout the process.

As part of our Search solution we will insure that we gain an in-depth understanding of your recruitment needs and how the vacancy relates to you and your organisation, this will be achieved by taking a detailed brief, ideally at a face to face meeting, ensuring that our consultant's have a clear and concise understanding of your business, your recruitment requirements and expectations.

Once our consultants have a obtained a clear, concise brief, we will identify, agree and working in conjunction with our professional researchers, approach the targeted jobseekers to ascertain their suitability and interest in the role, whilst simultaneously advertising on websites as well as appropriate jobs boards.

Suitable jobseekers are telephoned screened, interviewed face to face and tested providing conformance to the agreed assignment brief. Those jobseekers who present the closest match are presented to you as a short list, for your approval. Once you have confirmed the interview shortlist we will act as an intermediary in arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process through to job offer and acceptance. After the successful jobseeker has commenced their employment we will maintain our relationship with the jobseeker to support the probationary period.
