At eight recruitment we appreciate that Contract services form
an essential modern recruitment tool. Our Contract exercises are based on not only recruiting the best possible jobseekers for
a particular role, but also on managing all stages of the contract assignment through approaching, screening jobseekers, to managing the entire contract process, with the appropriate fee being charged throughout the period of the contract.

As part of our Contract solution we will ensure that we gain an in-depth understanding of your recruitment needs and how the vacancy relates to you and your organisation, this will be achieved by taking a detailed brief, ideally at a face to face meeting, ensuring that our consultant's have a clear and concise understanding of your business, your recruitment requirements and expectations.

Once our consultants have obtained a clear, concise and agreed brief, our extensive contractor database is interrogated to find potentially suitable candidates, whilst simultaneously advertising on websites as well as appropriate jobs boards.

Database and Internet responses are collated and all suitable jobseekers are telephoned screened, interviewed face to face and tested to ensure conformance to the agreed Contract brief. Those jobseekers who are the closest match are presented to you as a short list, for your approval. Once you have confirmed the interview shortlist we will act as an intermediary in arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process through to contract offer and acceptance.

Our relationship with our contractors does not finish the moment they accept the role, in fact it's just the beginning. As part of ongoing commitment to both clients and contractors, eight recruitment will carry out regular onsite visits, facilitate Client / contractor assessment reports and oversee pay matrices.
